At Nomad Cosmetics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty journey. If a product isn't the right fit for your collection, we offer easy returns on all eligible items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the unused or gently used items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
